Holland Scholarship Programme

The Holland Scholarship Programme gives excellent students the opportunity to study at Radboud University. The HSP is open to students with the following nationalities: Chinese, Indonesian, Brazilian, Mexican, South Korean and Russian. All English-taught Master’s programmes are eligible for the HSP.

Scholarship benefits

For students starting in September 2015, the Dutch government has developed a scholarship scheme, the HSP. Radboud University has increased the height and duration of the HSP scholarships, so that they are identical to the Orange Tulip Scholarships:
  • a tuition fee waiver of €6,750 per year
  • exemption from visa and health insurance costs

Application procedure

As the HSP scholarships are offered in the same structure as the OTS scholarships, the application for both scholarships is identical. Therefore, you do not apply for an HSP, but for an OTS. This means that you have a increased chance to obtain an OTS scholarship.
We understand that this sounds confusing but applying for an OTS automatically means that you apply for a HSP because Radboud University uses the same criteria for both programmes. So our message is: apply for an Orange Tulip Scholarship through the NESO offices.
The deadline for application is 1 April.
