Khon Kaen University now open for application: KKU Scholarship for ASEAN and GMS Countries' Personnel, Acamdeic Year 2015

Requirements

Two original copies of the applcation package with signature on every page to certify its ture copy is required

1. Currently UGM lecturer proven by Certificate of Enrollment as lecturer in faculty
2. The official application form avaliable year by byear on the website: (www.kkuinter.kku.ac.th/kkuscholarship)
3. Official academic transcripts of school study. If applying for a Master Degree level, the official acamdemic transcripts of both the undergraduate level and master's degree level are required. If the documents are not the original, the copies must be officially certified by the original institiution(s).
4. Copy (ies) of degree certificate issued by applicant's graduate institiution 
5. Curriculum vitae
6. Two letters of recommendation (per one package) written by faculty members of the applicant's home institiution/university.
7. An authorization letter of permission for the applicant to study at Khon Kaen University from the institute/organization for which the applicant is affiliated to in the homeland country, provided with the authorized signature of the highest rank officer in charge or by a person with the equivalent authority.
8. Motivation letter
9. English Proficiency Certificate (TOEFL 550, Computer-based TOEFL 213, TOEFL IBT 80, or IELTS 6.0 (taken within 2 years) (TOEFL Prediction will not be accepted)
10. Certified copy of passport (color scan)
11. Physical examination certificate/medical certificate (hospital acceptable only)
12. If the applicant is receiving any other financial support by another organization, either international or domestic, the applicant must provide copies of the grant/scholarship whre the amount and type of financial support received is crealry stated.
13. A copy of the MOU between the applicant's home Institute/University and Khon Kaen University. (Please contact OIA for request this document)
14. In the case where the applicant fails to complete any part of application, especially article 12 (other sources scholarships), the scholarships will cancel the application.

Deadline

All documents must be submitted to Office of International Affairs UGM (Bulaksumur, F13) no later than 14th April 2015.
